– Smoked beer canned chicken:
Chicken ,smoked on a can of beer and pulled , served with mirepoix gravy
– Smoked turkey roll:
Deboned turkey , rolled and smoked, served with mirepoix gravy
Magret fumé:
– Smoked duck breast , served with mirepoix gravy
Lasagna á l’aubergine:
– Smoked eggplant slices, tomatoes and basil with a slice of mozzarella and cream on top
