‘FREE’ A live concert by DIDA

A voice leading us deep, pure words, a project that birthed after months of silence; by Dida.

Dida was born in 1984 in Beirut and has been adopted to Switzerland in the same year.
After her jazz studies in Bern, she returns to Lebanon with the need to catch up with her roots and family.
The time spent in her home country leads her further on to Cairo in 2012, for a 6 months artist in residency time, supported by Pro Helvetia.

Today, after the release of her second album «home» she comes back in the region, to share, through her special
and subtle voice, the peace of identity she has been able to experience with this third opus: «free».

Through french, english and arabic, Dida is taking us far away, within ourselves.
