Summer is almost here and you will get a feel of it with kitchenlab’s June schedule. They are focusing this month on cooking techniques.

This course will be given by
Garo Feslian

You will learn how to make:
– Ravioli/Filling sealed between two layers of thin pasta dough
– Mezzaluna/filled pasta that’s made in a half moon shape
– Tortellini/Ring-shaped pasta
– Tagliatelle/long and cylindrical in shape, not long and flat
– Capelli d’angelo/ very thin type of long pasta
– Gnocchi/Soft and thick dough dumplings made from semolina
