At the Seams: A Political History of Palestinian Embroidery – Book Launch & Film Screening
Join artist Maeve Brennan in a special screening of the film “The Embroiderers”, commissioned for this exhibition. The evening will also mark the formal launch of the At the Seams publication written by curator Rachel Dedman, including photography by Tanya Traboulsi. Both the book and the film are the result of years of research and fieldwork.
The screening will be followed by a Q&A with the artist and the curator.
