Indian Tandoori Dinner by Sirena

Authentic Indian food, cooked live in Lebanon’s only charcoal tandoor.

Week Two of Sirena’s pop-up at Motto continues with an unmissable menu. This week’s selection is all new: with kebabs, chicken tikka masala and naan bread cooked just for you in the tandoor oven, plus vegetarian curries, samosas, raita and Sirena’s signature carrot dessert.

Menu:
– Vegetable samosas
Thin pastries stuffed with curried potatoes and green peas
– Seekh kebab Gilafee
A Sirenabeirut speciality – minced meat skewered and baked to perfection in the tandoor oven
– Mint chutney
– Tarka dal
Yellow lentils flavoured with select spices
– Mixed vegetable curry
– Chicken tikka masala (spicy)
Marinated pieces of prime chicken, part-grilled in the tandoor for flavour, then cooked in Sirena’s special masala sauce
– Pillau rice
– Naan
Fresh-made Indian bread cooked for you in the charcoal tandoor
– Cucumber Raita
Yoghurt with cucumber and raisins

Dessert:
– Gajar halwa
