Award winning international chef Nada Fattouh graces Makan with inspired Levantine cuisine.

Nada’s cooking will revisit classic Lebanese dishes with a small twist and inspiring flavours.

This unmissable menu features pastrami rolls with spiced shanklish, and chicken with almond sauce and granada kernels. All accompanied by Lebanese eggplant zaalouk, grilled vegetable pyramids, and fresh rocket salad.

Nada has won two awards for her desserts, so don’t miss her milk pudding with pomegranate jelly! The perfect accompaniment to Beirut’s September nights.

– Rocket salad with green lentils and dried prunes in orange dressing
