Chef Mehirnaz is back to Makan after her summer holiday having mastered an exciting new delicacy: ghorme sabzi, said to be Iran’s national dish. Makan is pleased to offer this slow-cooked lamb-and-herbs stew– along with savory appetizers– for the very first time.

As always, our wide selection of great wines from Zawya are available for pairing with your meal.
