After last week’s popular Vietnamese dinner, Chef Nimal has created a new menu of dishes from the shores of Southeast Asia. Vietnamese cuisine is a study in contrasts: fresh herbs and crunchy raw vegetables paired with the rich, earthy umami of nước chấm (fish sauce)– a refreshing combination you won’t soon forget. If we can judge by last week’s dessert, the coconut pudding alone is worth a trip to Makan’s garden.
