Welcome 2017 with Makan’s first brunch of the year– a celebration of Ethiopian and Senegalese flavors.

This week’s Saturday brunch at Makan features the return of African food to our restful space. The meal begins with a wide range of Ethiopian dips and vegetable dishes, served with traditional East African sourdough flatbread. For a main course, enjoy Senegalese chicken flavored with richly flavored Jambo paste, alongside rice and vegetables.

As always, our wide selection of great wines from Zawya Wines are available for pairing with your meal.
