A menu of classic Sri Lankan dishes, prepared in Makan’s signature style, awaits you this weekend.

An all-new tender beef dish, spiced, stewed, and chopped with ribbons of flatbread, is the star of the show this week at Makan’s Sri Lankan feast. The is followed by a three curry medley of pork, potatoes, and chickpeas, given the slow-cooked curry treatment. Served with vegetable & lentil soup, coconut rice, and carrot cake for dessert, it’s another classic Sri Lankan feast at Makan.

Coconut rice with sweet and spices vegetable pickles
– Harak mas kottu roti
Tender beef cooked with godamba bread ribbons with a blend of ginger, curry leaves, and Sri Lankan spices

Pork curry cooked with lemongrass and tamarind (chicken option available)
– Ala hodi
Potato curry with coconut cream
-Chana hodi
Chickpea curry in coconut milk
– Carrot cake
