Balinese Indonesian Cuisine at Makan

From Jan 16 to Jan 18, 2017
8:00pm -> 11:30pm

Experience Bali’s distinct blend of Asian culinary traditions, this week at Makan.

Meals in Bali usually consist of no less than 10 different dishes, served in small portions. This week’s menu at Makan is no exception, featuring a total of 11 different dishes in the culinary style of the Indonesian island paradise. Unique from the typical Indonesian cuisine due to the primarily Hindu population, Balinese cuisine is a melange of Indian, Chinese, and local influences. From lacy roti, to savory sambal, to long-simmered beef rendang sapi, it’s a refreshingly different Asian flavor combination.
