Sirena’s specialty chicken tikka is on the menu this week at Motto’s cozy space on Madrid Street. Chunks of chicken are barbequed, then tossed in a rich, mildly spiced, cheerfully orange gravy. The main event is served alongside other classic Indian dishes like vegetable samosas, creamy dal makhni, as well as unexpected additions like Indian-spiced tomato soup.
