BBIMF 2017 Fundraiser: The Wedding Reception

After the resounding success of its fourth edition last December, BBIMF is back with a special fundraising concert featuring three of Lebanon’s most talented artists.

The Wedding Reception is an audiovisual performance by Mohamad Abdouni, Liliane Chlela and Hamed Sinno, exploring the tense moments of a wedding ceremony that took place in Summerland, Beirut, in 1988.
With Liliane on music production, Hamed on vocals and Mohamad on visuals, the three artists have developed a narrative based on the uncovered footage. Both sonically and visually, the show tells stories of fleeting moments and unmasked reactions by putting forth the many characters of an event riddled with discontent.
