Launch of Studies on Migrant Domestic Workers

LAU’s Institute for Women’s Studies in the Arab World, Institute for Migration Studies, and KAFA (Enough Violence and Exploitation) are launching the following two studies:

1- Trafficking of Migrant Domestic Workers in Lebanon: A Legal Analysis
by Kathleen Hamill, Lawyer and Activist.

2- An Exploratory Study of Psychoanalytic and Social Factors in the Abuse of Migrant Domestic Workers by Female Employers in Lebanon by Ray Jureidini, Professor, LAU.

These reports are part of the Multimedia Virtual Space for Human Rights project, funded by the European Union and implemented by COSV, KAFA, CLDH and PPM.
