More than thirty paintings will be displayed to honor the artist who passed away aged 47 after a battle with cancer.

In collaboration with The Fadi Mogabgab’s foundation andTthe Audi Foundation, this unique exhibition, themed Gargantua and Rabelais, symbolizes humanism and French art. The paintings are known to be the peak of the painter’s artistic career, surrealist just as in Rabelais’s work. The painter was known for his attachment to Lebanon, the “country of princes” as he described it. Cerredo, once said about Lebanon it is splendid culturally, and wrote in one of his letters “I loved your country, its contrast, its pain, its poetry and its joy, I loved its cedars that I will return to paint”.
