1. When Jounieh road flooded after a night of heavy rain

2. When a building collapsed in Achrafieh due to heavy rains
A building in the Medawar neighborhood of Achrafieh collapsed after continuous heavy rains last November. It had sustained damage during the horrific explosion of August 4.

The roadside partially collapsed, and water began hurling down the side of the road.
