Every Saturday, A Flower Market in the Heart of Saifi

We’re loving this new trend of flower markets around Lebanon. If you want a touch of whimsy to your outing this weekend, check out this flower market that’s going to be happening every Saturday in Saifi Village.

Beloved flower and coffee shop Galilée decided to bring its blooms to Maryool, one of Saifi’s most iconic Lebanese eateries.

Starting June 6, 2026, Maryool will turn into a flower market from 11 AM until 3 PM, featuring gorgeous varieties of flowers and plants for you to shop.

Even if you don’t end up buying anything, a laidback breakfast while surrounded by flowers sounds so inviting. A great opportunity to enjoy a vibrant weekend in the city, chowing down on delicious bites and enjoying the smell of flowers while you’re at it.

For those who haven’t been to Maryool, this charming spot would make a great stop on your summer itinerary. Given how colorful the place is, combined with the lively streets of Saifi, you’ll fall in love with the vibes.

The eatery, which opened in Mar Mikhael back in 2017, reopened in Saifi back in 2024.

Since opening its doors earlier this year, Galilée has quickly become a favorite among specialty coffee lovers and anyone looking for a quieter corner in Beirut.

With its artsy vibes, yummy bites, and flower-filled corners, the café offers a peaceful escape from the city’s fast pace.

Beyond coffee, Galilée regularly hosts community-focused events, from flower arrangement workshops and bouquet-making sessions to book clubs and cultural gatherings.

If you’re still deciding how to spend your weekend, the flower market in Saifi is worth a visit. Between the colorful blooms, lively atmosphere, and great food options nearby, it’s one of the city’s most enjoyable seasonal outings.
