13 Months Later, Beirut Explosion Claims Another Victim
On the very same day that Judge Tarek Bitar was suspended from investigating the Beirut explosion after former Minister Nouhad Machnouk filed a claim against him, another name was added to the list of victims of August 4.
Ibrahim Harb had suffered a severe head injury on August 4th, and despite surgeries and extensive treatments, he was never able to make a full recovery. He passed away last night, leaving behind a family and a fiancee.
