How Do You Sign Up?

They set up a Google Form, which you can access here, for anyone interested to sign up for their blind date experience. All you have to do is:

– Fill our your name, age, nationality, and profession

– Write down a few of your hobbies

– Choose whether you want it to be a romantic date or a friendly date

You also get to describe your type so their team can match you with someone else who also filled out the form! The participation charge is $30, which covers all the painting materials, and you’ll get a free glass of wine.
