Ceasefire Chic: US Envoy Morgan Ortagus Gets a Beirut Blowout

Na3eeman? Morgan Ortagus, U.S. Deputy Special Envoy to the Middle East and a central figure in Lebanon’s ongoing ceasefire talks, trending for… getting a haircut.

The diplomat stopped by celebrity hairstylist Tony El-Mendelek for a cut, style, and blowout. El-Mendelek posted a video of the affair to Instagram, captioned: “The woman you’ve all been waiting for… ✨” and the internet ran with it. In less than 10 hours, the clip had over 150,000 views.

The Instagram post has stirred a mix of reactions online. Some, like celebrity makeup artist Bassam Fattouh, showered the post with fire emojis, while others expressed shock or disapproval. One user wrote, “Shame on you. Accepting a zionist like that into your salon — and being proud of it — is disgraceful,” and another simply commented, “3eib!!!” At the same time, fans of the stylist chimed in with hearts, clapping emojis, and declarations like “The best ❤️❤️”, highlighting the wide spectrum of opinions the clip has sparked.
