Beirut Gym Jokingly Forbids Germany Fans From Entering During World Cup Season
We’re almost certain that whoever runs this gym in Beirut is a Brazil fan.
Even though Lebanon has never qualified for the World Cup, Lebanese football fans take the teams they support very seriously. Beast House, a men’s gym located in Chiyah, shared a playful post “restricting entry” to Germany supporters for the season. But if the owner really is a Brazil fan, we fear that they might not be joking…
No one takes the World Cup as seriously as Lebanese people do. We’re sure everyone has their own story about rivalries that suddenly go too far. Remember when Germany defeated Brazil 7–1 back in 2014? A beloved snack in Aley called Abou Jad, run by a hardcore Germany fan, added a sandwich called “7-1” to the menu.
