Sunset Yoga Classes

Art of Living will be soaking in the beautiful energy of the sun at sunset, stretching, breathing, and meditating. There is a special healing and peaceful energy by the ocean, especially around sunset time. So come on down to Sporting Club and get your Yoga on.

Bring a towel, a water bottle and a yoga mat. This session is open to everyone, whether you are just getting introduced to yoga or a long time yogi.
