1. La Mezcaleria Donning its finest modern Mexican garb, Beirut’s first Mezcal bar is now open in Saifi where you can have a wild tequila-filled night complete with a wide array of the world’s most exquisite tequilas and Mezcal, as well as Mexican and Latino tapas.
2. Ritage Open every night except Sundays is the magnificent new Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Achrafieh. Set in a magical old Lebanese house, experience finely crafted Mediterranean dishes with fresh ingredients like roast pumpkin, cauliflower dips, and a heavenly beef tenderloin.
3. The Strand Grill The Strand Grill is named after Beirut’s notorious Cinema Strand from the 60s. Here you can enjoy a formula of salad, fries, and grilled beef – chicken, fries, and salad – or salmon, fries and salad, all for a mere $15. They also serve an exquisite selection of desserts like caramel pudding, chocolate fondant, and strawberry cheesecake!
4. Patois Patois recently opened on December 22nd, and is the very first Jamaican restaurant to hit the Beirut food scene. For those not familiar with Jamaican food, you can expect Jamaican steak tacos, glazed short ribs, and of course the crowd favorite: jerk chicken! With huge murals and a comprehensive menu, Patois promises an exotic, playful, and upbeat experience for all.
5. Raising Cane’s The first Raising Cane’s opened in 1996 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and now it has made its way to Lebanon. The main aim of this restaurants and its founder is serving quality chicken finger meals. So next time you want to have a quick and tasty bite, head down to this place and indulge in crispy delicious chicken!
6. Korus Korus is an all-inclusive experience of fine dining and international delicacies. Smooth live jazz will play in the background while you enjoy the fresh oyster bar, live show bar featuring the Italian Chef Gabriele Castellanza, Japanese Chef Koishiro Kawakami, and much more!
