Kanzi Kamel, a whimsical young writer, food fanatic, and student at the American University of Beirut, aspires to sing, dance, and eat. She is currently a lifestyle reporter at Beirut.com, and is also a news executive at her university's newspaper, Outlook.

Hailing from the suburbs of Chicago, Kanzi now embraces the idiosyncrasies of Beirut with fervor. She enjoys every hobby ranging from the culinary to the absurd, and adores just about everything Disney-related. Easily bribed with coffee and cookies.
