DJ Suspect lLive at Yukunkun

A DJ and producer based in Paris, Suspect pushes aside musical borders in his sets with Afrobeat, Deep Funk, Hip Hop, Futuristic Jazz, Broken Beat and all kinds of tasty breaks.

His acute sense of the dance floor, coupled with his implacable control of the turntables, has allowed him to stand up with the best DJs in the world: Afrika Bambaataa, Pete Rock, Cash Money, Marley Marl, Dj Craze, Dj Format and many others artists of international fame. From San Francisco to London, Sidney to Berlin, Montreal to Paris, he’s performed live shows all around the world.

His first LP with the The Funk League Project called, “Funky As Usual,” was released in 2012 with legendary guests like Large Professor, Diamond D, Sadat X and many others. He’s actually working on a new album with Doc TMK, his collaboration with The Real Fake Mc, a new 45 of French sixties remix, and a second album of The Funk League.
