Mommy and Me Beirut

Mommy and Me Beirut is made of a group of moms and babies who meet up regularly to walk, talk, and share everything from baby-friendly places and events to parenting in this beautiful, crazy world!

Their aim is to present mix of social, educational and nurturing experiences that make a lasting impression on both mother and baby.

Every Monday they meet for play dates in Horch Tabet Garden, and often they are fortunate enough to have experts in varying fields join them as they talk through some of these exciting and challenging times.

Every Friday they walk along the Corniche with their little ones, for some exercise, fresh air, and bonding – with their babies and each other.

They regularly plan field trips outside of Beirut, organize gym classes for their little ones, and hold workshops on fitness for new mothers and mothers-to-be, as well as teaching cooking for their new eaters, infant massages, CPR and first aid, along with much more.

They are always adding new events, looking for new ideas, and welcome all new moms and their little ones. Though most of their activities are catered towards the 0-24 month age group, all ages are welcome.
