Civilization brings two bodies of work by Ginane Makki Bacho: an installation of figurative iron sculptures which make up an army of cosmic proportions, and a collection of Janus-faced national monuments. Both have clear historical referents, but neither reads as a discrete event. Don’t miss out!
3. Food Truckers at Forum De Beyrouth – Dec 9 – Dec 12
Over 50 food trucks and trailers will be serving you with the freshest food and beverages wrapping up in an island shaped outdoor location. DJs, live shows, and kids entertainment during lunch hours – fun!
Tons of live music, dance, entertainment, offers, food stands and so much more! The pubs will be in full swing (thing: food stations and special cocktails), and the best part is that it’s a car-free weekend! This event is also suitable for kids, with many stands dedicated to face painting and activities.

Get moving with this 21-km trail running race! This first edition race starts and finishes in the stunning village of Aaqoura in the north of Lebanon. The course follows the majestic cliffs to the east of the village and climbs up along the ridge to an approximate altitude of 2000 meters. Hikers and runners are welcome, but all must finish the race in 5 hours.
10. Satsang: Chanting, Cookies & Hot Cocoa – Dec 9
The cost is bringing a piece of clothing for the needy (such an amazing initiative), and in exchange you get to meditate, chant, and warm up with some homemade cookies and hot chocolate!
