There’s a new ramen master in town.

Ramen-Ya has set up shop at a snug location. The new eatery will be opening on Beirut’s Gemmayze Street next to the popular spot Swiss Butter.

The small but mighty menu features around seven ramen and rice dishes as well as a couple of appetizers. They open daily from 12 PM and 12 AM.

Patrons can expect offerings like sho-yu ramen (pork belly, spinach, and marinated boiled eggs) and seafood tanmen (a soup of shrimp, oysters, squid, scallops, and vegetables). Appetizers include classics like gyozas and wontons!

So tuck your bibs in and get ready to slurp, Ramen-ya is open just in time for soup season!
