October isn’t just about hot PSLs (pumpkin spice lattes) and Halloween prep, it’s also about over-sized sweaters AND awesome events in Beirut’s cultural and party scene. Here are six things we’re looking forward to this month.
1. Whisky Live
Yes, it is a whisky festival with over 50 brands of whiskey featured. If you’re looking to impress your partner with fine a fine a** spirit, you know where to go. You can also sign up for masterclasses with experts from around the world to taste the rarest bottles.

2. Vinifest 2018
This is the perfect place for your taste buds and for your latent wine addiction. Channel your inner oenologist, cleanse your palate and drink up with your bestie. Food stations are right there to help you recover.

3. The Ballroom Blitz Opening
The next party hotspot is opening its doors this weekend with a huge exciting lineup feating Spencer Parker, Jack The Fish, San Proper, Iorie and others. Be there!
A slight reminder that one of the most renowned bands is performing in Lebanon this October again – but we’re still excited.

5. Woof Fest
If you are a proud dog parent or just a die-hard fan of dogs, then this is basically paradise for you (or me at least). We are talking pop-up pools, pampering, doggy spa, contests, doggy gadgets, and doggylicious food! Pawsibly the greatest event of the month.

6. Saint Hoax Exhibit at the Egg
Contemporary artist/Instagram sensation is presenting his work in the Egg (the 1960s cinema in downtown) in collaboration with Plastik Magazine. You better be hyped for this!
