Amrika, Amrika! World´s Premiere

The Cervantes Institute of Beirut, the Embassy of Colombia in Lebanon and the “Metropolis” association present “¡Amrika Amrika!” the film´s world premiere, which will be presented by the Colombian director and film maker from Lebanese origins, Sara Harb.

Amrika, Amrika! Is a documentary of 52 min. that shows how the Lebanese, the Syrian and Palestinians arrived as immigrants to the Caribbean coast of Colombia. While viewing the interviews, we will get to understand the circumstances that led, the Arab immigration to Colombia at the beginning of the XXth century.
