Louise Wegmann School Closes Bchamoun Branch Citing Financial Difficulty

In a saddening post shared on Facebook, The President of College Louise Wegmann Nadim F. Ghantos announced the learning institution’s branch in Bchamoun would cease its operations as a result of the financial crisis. Founded in 1965, CLW had expanded to branches in Badaro, Bchamoun, and Jouret el Ballout.



The institution has been witnessing a decline in the number of students in their Bchamoun campus over the last few years and have decided to relocate the remaining students to their branches in Badaro and Jouret el Ballout.

The President mentions this is the best decision to ensure that their students continue to receive the quality of education they deserve and hopes to return to the Bchamoun campus when better times arise.
