Only in Lebanon…Kibbeh Nayyeh Ice Cream!
Lebanese kibbeh comes in so many forms, given that it’s our national dish. But if you think you’ve seen it all, Baytna Express in Tripoli is serving their kibbeh nayyeh in the form of…ice cream.
Fresh kibbeh nayyeh made with finely ground meat and spices, but with a twist: Baytna serves it in scoops, topped with pistachios and a drizzle of olive oil.
The cone is made of bread, so you can unfold it and dig right into the kibbeh!
We’re not sure if the kibbeh purists are going to like this one…
