Tucked among the stone houses and scenic hills of Deir El Qamar, a unique new wine experience is taking shape. Domaine d’Arteme, a winery in the heart of the Chouf, is preparing to launch an Armenian kitchen that will pair traditional Armenian flavors with locally produced wines.
For over a decade, Domaine d’Arteme has been making wines that reflect the character of Mount Lebanon, from crisp whites and refreshing rosés to richer reds with deeper, more complex notes.
Soon, visitors will also be able to enjoy authentic Armenian dishes alongside the winery’s wines, creating a pairing experience you won’t really find anywhere else. Each dish is designed to go hand in hand with wines made from grapes grown in Deir El Qamar.
This spot perfectly combines Lebanese and Armenian culinary traditions, celebrating the harmonious union of food and wine (two of our favorite things) in one of Lebanon’s most charming mountain regions. The menu offers a unique fusion of flavors that honors both cultures, providing a truly authentic dining experience.
