Job Opening:
Beirut.com is looking for a new food and drinks editor. This is a freelance contributor position maintained outside the office.

Description:
The editor is responsible for creating and curating quality editorial content as it relates to the food and beverage industry in Lebanon.

The ideal candidate is a food enthusiast — always on the hunt for the next big dish to bring to our audience. You should be up to date on food and drink trends and know the experts, chefs and industry insiders. We are looking for a dynamic editor/writer who loves food and has a curious, creative mind. You should have excellent interviewing, writing and editing skills as well as a good eye and a sharp visual sense.

Job skills/requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
At least one year writing experience
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
