French President Emmanuel Macron Arrives In Lebanon To Offer Support After Explosion
As Lebanon reels after the massive explosion that rocked the capital yesterday, its friends around the world are promising it will not be left alone.
French President Macron arrived in Beirut today at noon where he will meet with Michel Aoun, Nabih Berri, and Hassan Diab as well as “all political figures”.
Military planes left Charles de Gaulle airport last night with 55 search and rescue personnel on board as well as medical supplies. In closing remarks to press at the airport, President Macron said, “we will not leave you alone”.
