Stuff We Love

This Local Brand is Turning Waste into Cool Furniture!

If sustainable furniture had a Beirut address, it would probably be Waste Studio.

Founded in 2006, Waste Studio started with a simple idea: reusing discarded advertising banners to create durable, everyday bags. Nearly two decades later, the local studio has grown into a unique design space creating urban, timeless bags, accessories, and furniture, all made from reclaimed materials.

Their pieces are crafted from repurposed advertising banners, tire inner tubes, seatbelts, and even old boat covers. Each material goes through a careful cleaning and hands-on transformation process before being stitched into something new.

Price Range

Waste Studio keeps things surprisingly accessible. Smaller pieces start at $45, while larger statement items and furniture can reach $360. Considering everything is handmade, durable, and one-of-a-kind, the pricing feels fair.

Colorful, Durable & Built to Last

These aren’t boring eco-bags. Waste Studio’s pieces are bold, colorful, and made to take a beating. Think strong stitching, thick materials, and designs that can actually handle daily urban life. They’re made to be used, not babied. Every item is handmade, and their motto says it best: “Sustainability Stitched into Every Seam.”
