Korean Artist Creates Lebanese Rendition Of Klimt’s “The Kiss”

Kim Sinae, a Korean artist with a love for Arab culture, decided to pay tribute to the MENA region through an art series where she recreates Gustav Klimt’s famous artwork “The Kiss” through an Arab lens.

In the series, the talented artist incorporates each country’s culture into the piece. So far, the series comprises nine MENA countries, including Lebanon!

The result is a beautiful depiction of a couple in an embrace, wearing traditional Lebanese garb.
