From this workshop you will learn:

– Breathing techniques to avoid stressful situation.
– Awareness of your breathing capacity to oxygenate your cells.
– Effects of breathing on the postures.
Effects of breathing on cleansing and detoxing your body.

The class will be conducted progressively and students to see view the anatomy of their diaphragm.
Explanations will be given on the mechanism of their breathing pattern in connection with khaphalabhati and deep breathing.
