This lecture addresses the Lebanese women's right to grant citizenship to their children. Today, students with Lebanese mothers and non-Lebanese fathers are not given the fair opportunity to work in Lebanon despite their qualifications

The National Committee for the Follow-up on Women's Issues (NCFUWI) is an organization formed in 1993 that aims to develop the participation of women at all levels, upgrade national policies to promote gender awareness and encourage communication between women at a local, regional and international level.

The NCFUWI is currently implementing a project on "Abolishing all Forms of Discrimination against Women" through campaigns that are executed in five Lebanese governorates, among which is the right of women to give their citizenship to their children.
